Ca Francesca Apartment - Venice

The location was mind-blowing, close to all the main attractions and incredible restaurants. The apartment was super well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay - including Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and cookware. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The host was amazingly friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. The board games provided added extra fun to our stay. The luggage storage was convenient, and the strict no pets and no smoking policy ensured a clean and odor-free environment. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for some relaxing downtime. a jaw-dropping experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to Rialto and Piazzale Roma. It made it easy for us to explore Venice and enjoy its charm.

Value for money was excellent - the apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with a kitchenette. The location was perfect, near the main square but in a quiet area, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The host, Moreno, was friendly, providing us with helpful information and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with some basic condiments like olive oil, salt, and pepper. The coffee pot in the kitchen was a pressure coffee espresso, which may not be familiar or comfortable for some guests who prefer alternative brewing methods.

The apartment in Venice was perfectly located, just like the airport , and it had everything I needed, except maybe a personal chef. Oh, and the view. of the wall outside my window was truly breathtaking. Absolutely charming.

Such a shame that the shower was a bit temperamental and the kitchen was only suitable for making tea. Tea parties in Venice, anyone?

We stayed at this lovely apartment for a few nights and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to Rialto but still quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom was very comfortable and had plenty of closet space. We appreciated having a laundry area, although a dryer would have been nice. The communication with the owner, Moreno, was excellent and he was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. a great stay!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
